Project Ideas
for Knowledge
- Learn as much as you can about one or more of the arts and then write a report on what you have learned. For example, attend a local opera, play, or concert of classical music. Become familiar with the work by checking it out at the local library. Prepare a display or report sharing what you learned.
- Take a computer class and become computer literate. Display your skill through posters.
- Read a classic novel and write a worthy book report.
- Read a chapter or book in one of our standard works and record what was most meaningful to you. What personal questions or problems were solved?
- Memorize 25 scriptures. Make poster displays of them.
- Memorize all the verses to 25 of our hymns. Make a scrapbook or poster display.
- Learn to play several of the new hymns in the new hymnbook. Tape record and display with a photograph (enlarged) of you at the piano.
- Take the Red Cross swimming life-saving course and qualify to become a life guard. Make a photo display of the skills learned.
