Your Great Ideas

These are some ideas that have been emailed to us:

For testimony meeting- we took small glass mason jars and cut squares of tissue paper, the girls glued them on the outside of the jar with mod podge overlapping until they liked how it looked we filled the bottom with sand (or rice) and put a candle inside. at home i had drilled holes into each side of the lid and strung floral wire on for a handle so it was like a little lantern. as each girl bore her testimony she lit her candle. it was very beautiful seeing the light grow.

As a theme we did S.M.I.l.E. spiritually minded is life everlasting. it is found in 2 Nephi 9:39. we did white t-shirts with a big smiley face on the front, and smiley face everything. It was a wonderful theme emphasizing the many ways the girls could strive to be more spiritually minded.
